The Process


Once your order is placed, we will dispatch your easy-to-use self-impression kit, for you to take an impression of your teeth which our skilled technicians will use to manufacture your INSTAsmile.


Please read the instructions carefully and provide an impression that our technicians can work with. If you are unsure about your impression, send us a photo using our Contact Us form, ensuring 'Impression Check' is selected as the reason for contact.


Once you have completed your impressions, leave to dry before placing them in the medical bag provided. Please ensure that your details have been filled in on the front of the bag and the barcode is left on as this links the impressions to your order on our system.


When we receive your completed impressions, we ask one of our trained technicians to check the impressions. Once passed, we then begin the manufacture of your custom-made INSTAsmile clip-on veneer.


We will send you your final product within 21 days. This process is far quicker than a dental appointment. You receive your custom-fit product and off you go.

INSTAsmile is a revolutionary, non-intrusive and cost-effective range of clip-on veneers.

Thanks to its patent-pending technology INSTAsmile is ideal for missing, chipped, crooked and discoloured teeth, or as a modern and more comfortable alternative to partial dentures.

The veneers simply clip into place, securing to existing teeth and fitting over the front of your natural teeth, hiding gaps, staining or warping.

Veneer Shade Guide

Our Clip-On Veneers are available in:

BL1 - Our whitest shade giving the appearance of artificial white dazzling teeth.

A1 - The most naturally white a tooth can be radiating a slightly whitened look.

A2 - A light Ivory colour giving a natural look prior to undergoing any whitening.

A3 - A medium Ivory colour slightly darker than the A2 maintaining a natural tone.

If you are unsure about which shade to choose don’t worry you have plenty of time to change your shade up to us receiving your impressions. If you are undecided then please contact us to discuss this in more detail.

Please note that we are not able to change a shade once manufacture has commenced. If you do wish to change the shade then, unfortunately, there will be an additional re-make charge, only if we still have your impressions. If not, you will need to place a new order.

Veneer Aftercare

Inserting the INSTAsmile

  1. Establish the correct path of insertion to your natural teeth – do not force it.
  2. Place the product over your teeth
  3. Starting at the back apply pressure until it clips into place

Removing the INSTAsmile

  1. Always use 2 hands
  2. Starting at the canines (fangs) gently tease the product from side to side
  3. Never twist or flex the product once it has been removed

When cleaning your veneers, be sure to only wash them in lukewarm soapy water, if there is any leftover debris within the INSTAsmile use a soft toothbrush to gently remove. DO NOT USE a toothbrush on the outside of the INSTAsmile. Alternatively, for best results, use an INSTAsmile approved anti-bacterial cleaning tablet and ensure you rinse well before and after use.

Do not place your veneers in direct sunlight or in hot or boiling water as this may cause them to warp. If you keep your veneers in the provided storage case, ensure you clean the inside of your case regularly. 

Your veneers are a custom-fit product. As such, they are only designed to fit your mouth. Do not let others attempt to, or insert a veneer designed for your mouth, into theirs. This could lead to permanent damage.

Ensure you keep your veneers away from pets, as they are instinctively attracted to saliva.

Do not trim, cut or alter your veneers as this will void your warranty. If you have any issues with your veneers, please contact a member of our customer service team.

If your veneers happen to become loose, are tight or you find them uncomfortable to wear, please refrain from using them and contact us immediately.


INSTAsmile Standard Warranty

Every model of the INSTAsmile comes with a standard 30-day Manufacturing Warranty which starts from the day you receive your product. This covers any product defects that are deemed to have occurred in manufacture.

As we cannot accept a product back due to hygiene reasons, it is important that you send us photographs via our website contact form at www.instasmile.com/contacts and / or a video to [email protected] clearly identifying the problem.

Please Note: We are unable to authorise any warranty claims without this.

Covered under the Warranty

  • Product is short on the gum line (teeth visible behind product)

  • Loose or very tight fit

  • Rough edges

  • Crack / hairline fracture

  • Made to incorrect goals

  • Made to the wrong shade

If the product is defective but fit and gumline is ok, it will not require a new impression in which case we will,

i) remake the product free of charge or alternatively,

ii) offer you a full refund.

If the product has a fit issue we will require a new impression in which case we can,

i) offer you a free of charge clinic appointment (nationwide),

ii) send one complimentary impression kit, or,

iii) offer you a full refund.

NOT covered under the Warranty

  • Misuse or Loss of the Product

  • Changes to your dental profile since the impression was accepted

  • Accidental Damage

  • Shade Changes

  • Unauthorised repairs

  • Expectation issues

  • General Wear and Tear

As the products are custom-made to a customer’s own specification they are unfortunately non-refundable nor returnable by law unless there is found to be a manufacturing defect.

INSTAsmile 12-month Extended Warranty

At the checkout, you may be given the option to purchase a 12-Month Extended Warranty (If you have purchased a Platinum model this is already included in the price).

This is a no quibble warranty that covers everything not already covered under the standard 30 days manufacturer’s warranty plus, in addition, breakages, loss and accidental damage.

The warranty starts from the day you receive your product allowing a maximum of two (2) arches to be remade for you during the 12-month period from when you receive your product.



Once you place your order with INSTAsmile and it has been accepted we will dispatch a self impression kit next working day (Monday – Friday excluding public holidays). Once we dispatch the self impression kit to you we will advise you via email of the relevant tracking information in order to trace your shipment. Once an impression kit has been dispatched from the relevant INSTAsmile office liability of goods is transferred from us to the carrier until it is signed for by you at which point you accept the receipt of goods. Original impression kits are dispatched with a return label (UK only) so you are able to return the impression to us. We are unable to process impressions older than 6 months nor can we be held responsible for returned impressions that are deemed lost. 

On receipt of a suitable impression we will endeavour to manufacture your INSTAsmile product within 4 weeks. If there is a problem with your order during the production process, we will contact you to discuss any amendments to the order.

When your custom made INSTAsmile product has been manufactured we will advise you via email of the dispatch details. Once a shipment has been dispatched from the relevant INSTAsmile office liability of goods is transferred from us to the carrier until it is signed for by you at which point you accept the receipt of goods

Lost in Post Items:

If you don’t receive the package within 7 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email:

  • Check the tracking details online
  • See if someone else has accepted delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Contact your local Post Office

If you are still unable to trace your package please contact us after 7 working days have expired and we will try our best to assist you. 

Occasionally deliveries are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, an INSTAsmile representative may contact you to verify the delivery address before it is re-shipped.

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable (see below) can not be re-shipped until the delivery address is verified by you and any additional postal charges have been settled. If the item is undeliverable due to an error by INSTAsmile, any additional postage costs may be wavered.

Reasons for Undeliverable Packages:

  • Address is a P.O. Box or Private mailbox service. – We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or private mailbox services; all items must be shipped to a street address.
  • Incorrect Address -If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the Post office or the unintended recipient.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts – Usually the Postal service makes three attempts to deliver a package. After two attempts, the package will be returned to us.
  • Damaged During Transit. – If a package is damaged on its way to you, the shipper may return it to us without attempting delivery.
  • Refused by Recipient – If a recipient is not expecting a package, they may refuse it if they believe it was sent to them in error.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the following countries.

Belarus, Burma/Myanmar, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia & Serbia, International Criminal Tribunal for The Former Yugoslavia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Lebanon and Syria Liberia, North Korea (Democratic People Republic of Korea), Republic of Guinea, Somalia, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Cuba, Balkans Please review and verify your shipping address on all orders. We are not responsible for orders that do not arrive because an incorrect shipping address was provided.

Refund Policy

Our 1-2-3 Refunds Policy

We’re really, really sorry but as INSTAsmile products are custom-made they are unfortunately non-refundable.

That said, we will always do what we can to work with all of our customers to ensure that they get the smile that they desire, therefore;

1. If you change your mind after placing your order, please notify us within 14 days and as long as you haven’t opened the impression kit then please return it to us at your own cost and we can issue you with a full refund. The free postage return label (if included) is provided to return your impressions that have been taken only. If you return the unused kit using our free postage return label we reserve the right to charge our administration fee of £75. If you have used the original impression kit (including spare components) and wish to cancel within 14 days we reserve the right to charge our administration fee of £75.

2. After 14 days, if you have used the original impression kit (including spare components), used our free post return label, for some reason have not managed to provide a suitable impression, and/or are deemed to have answered the smile assessment questions untruthfully then:

a. If you’re confident of getting the impression right next time, then you can purchase a replacement kit HERE for a small fee of £19.

b. Please contact our impression specialists via our Impression Coaching Hotline by calling our standard phone line and selecting the relevant option. They will be able to talk you through the process of producing a good impression and can issue a free of charge replacement kit (one free kit per order).

3. Once you have received your made-to-measure, fully customised INSTAsmile veneers, you have a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty during which to notify us of any defects. If you believe your product to be defective you must send us photographs clearly identifying the defect to us using our contact form which can be found on our website.

We cannot accept final product returns due to hygiene reasons. If the defect falls within warranty we can either remake the product for you free of charge or offer you a full refund. Full details of the warranty can be found HERE.
